The Venue
Transformative Growth Therapy is located in the Puyallup Executive Park - 1011 E Main STE 305 Puyallup WA, 98372.
We offer a private office and provide a comfortable wait room.

The requirements
In order to provide Mental Health services at Transformative Growth Therapy, clinicians must have the following at time of application or able to get them before starting work.

Masters Degree in one of the Behavioral Sciences

Business license registered with D.O.H.

​Professional Insurance 1m/3m minimum
The Offer
We offer administrative support. basic forms needed for client engagement. billing, credentialing, scheduling, ROI and pull requests, HIPAA/HITECH compliant communication, and EHR. Advertising through website, and psychology today.
Our ask: $550 for large office rent, $158 for tech maintenance fee, $250 one time setup fee, and we offer a 70/30 split for billing and administrative support.
